Attorney Advertising

This website, and the guide it distributes, are attorney advertising under the California Rules of Professional Conduct. Responsible attorney: Deborah Song, State Bar of California No. 337172. Principal office: 2641 Hamner Ave, Suite 205, Norco, CA 92860.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Reading this site, downloading the guide, or sending a message through a link on it does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when the firm and a client sign a written agreement and the firm confirms it has taken the case. Please do not send confidential information before then.

Past Results

Past case results, including any verdicts, settlements or recognitions described in the guide or on this site, do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any other matter. Every case is decided on its own facts and on California law. No outcome is promised or implied.

Fees and Costs

Empire Law handles injury cases on a contingency fee: nothing upfront, and no fee unless the case recovers. As Chapter 13 of the guide explains, contingency fees in California typically run one third of the recovery, and the firm’s rises to 40 percent if the case goes into litigation. The fee and how case costs are handled are set by the written engagement agreement for each case; ask the firm before you sign.

Where the Firm Practices

Empire Law practices in California, serving Riverside and San Bernardino counties. This site is not intended to solicit clients where the firm is not admitted.
