Conclusion

If there's one idea that runs underneath every chapter of this book, it's that a car accident claim is decided less by the severity of the crash and more by what happens in the days and weeks that follow it. The photos taken in the first few minutes. The medical visit scheduled the same day, even without symptoms. The SR-1 filed before the ten-day window closes. The claim opened with short, careful answers instead of a full explanation nobody asked for. None of these require a law degree. All of them require knowing, ahead of time, that they matter.

The conversation this book is built from wasn't recorded with a book in mind. It was recorded because Song believes people in the Inland Empire deserve to understand this process before an insurance adjuster explains it to them on the adjuster's own terms. That's what the Inland Empire Injury Law podcast exists to do, episode by episode. This book preserves one of those conversations in a form a reader can return to chapter by chapter as their own claim develops.

If you or someone you love has been in a crash anywhere in Riverside County or San Bernardino County, Empire Law offers a free consultation to talk through what happened and what the next step should be.
